This bulldog comes for our home in Coats NC. This dog is sold as a pet. The dog may have show potential under the right circumstances and with the proper training. But there are no guarantees.

Terms: This dog is not being sold under co-ownership terms. Payment in full must be made prior to buyer taking ownership of the dog. Payment must be made in cash, certified check or money order. NO PERSONAL CHECKS.

Health Guarantee: The seller certifies that, upon receipt the dog is in good health. The dog has the following conditions now____________________________________ and those conditions are excluded from any guarantee and are not valid to reject the puppy, due to these conditions.The buyer agrees to have the dog examined by their (buyer) veterinarian at their own (buyer) expense within 3 days of the purchase. If the veterinarian does not give the puppy a clean bill of health, the buyer must notify the seller IMMEDIATELY. Seller reserves the right to have the dog reexamined by the sellers veterinarian at sellers expense. Any condition that is minor, correctable, or a breed related condition is not covered and no condition which could go away, or is considered to be a condition which a puppy will likely grow out of is covered. Otherwise if the dog is found not to be in good health, and veterinarian documentation is provided, then Seller will resume possession if agreeable to both parties. Seller does not accept responsibility for contagious disease diagnosed after 3 days from the purchase date. Bulldogs are also prone to rashes, skin problems, duodecimal, allergies and cherry eye. These are common finding in the breed and are not covered under warranty. Hip and elbow dysplagia and pathetical spinal disorders are covered for 1 year from the date of purchase. (after seller confirms it with their vet) Heat stroke, exhaustion, dehydration and other related conditions are not covered in anyway, so please REMEMBER bulldogs can overheat quickly and can easily die as a result of overheating. Bulldogs must be kept indoors or in similar conditions. If the bulldog dies within the fist year of life due to genetic causes ( I.E. cancer, etc.) a replacement puppy will be offered only if autopsy is performed and a copy is provided to the seller. No monetary refunds are given for puppies. Replacements only if above criteria is met.

The Buyers Responsibility  The buyer agrees to take good care of this dog, feed and house the dog properly (indoors) maintain shots, control the dog on a harness or leach when in public, and when off the premises of the dog’s home. The dog should be in a fenced in area or kept secure when he/she is outdoors. The buyer must agree to house the dog indoors as its primary housing. If the dog is found to be allowed to run freely, running at large, creating a public nuisance, or found to be neglected, abused or allowed to live in poor health or poor conditions, the seller has all rights to repossess the dog, with no refund or replacement to the buyer. The death, injury or loss of said dog due to theft, carelessness, recklessness, abuse, neglect, heat stroke or accident will not entitle the buyer to any compensation from the seller.

This dog is warranted only for the purpose of bring a companion animal, not for any other reason.

No warranty is given to the buyer for any special purpose or function of this dog. In the event the buyer is unable to keep this dog, for any reason, the Buyer agrees to offer the Seller the first chance to take the dog back. In the event of a resale, the buyer must notify the Seller with the name and address of the new owner. If any address or contact information changes buyer must notify seller with new information. Any changes to this contract must be in writing and signed by both parties.

This contract is legal and may be enforced by legal means at the Buyers expense and all disputes must be settled in the State of North Carolina. This dog is sold as a pet and nothing further.
