All puppies come with health guarantee, current vaccinations, worming schedule.

All of our puppies are guaranteed to be in good health and free from visible signs of infection, contagious or communicable diseases when purchased.  We guarantee the puppy to be free of any life-threatening congenital defects, for 1 year from date of birth. 
A licensed veterinarian must examine your puppy within 72 hours of delivery .Failure to have the puppy examined within (3) three days of purchase, VOIDS ALL WARRANTIES. Breeder must be notified at once at the onset of any problem, in writing, with a report from the veterinarian. To make a claim, you must bring a signed certificate from the veterinarian stating cause of death or problem and a copy of ALL of your puppy’s health records. The breeder’s veterinarian will interpret the report and if he concurs, then a replacement puppy of the same sex and quality will be given. To qualify for this warranty, you must have kept the puppy under the care of a licensed veterinarian. The care must include all vaccinations recommended by the veterinarian. There will be no cash or credit refunds. Replacement puppies only.   
                  If the puppy is proved to have a congenital defect within 1 year and is returned to the breeder, all return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

All vet charges incurred by purchaser are the sole responsibility of the purchaser and will under no circumstances be paid by breeder.  No replacement puppy will be given if the puppy has been bred, spayed, neutered, or euthanized without the breeder's permission.  Replacement puppy will be mutually agreed upon by both parties and be on comparable bloodlines.  It is understood that the replacement bulldog puppy may not be from the same exact parents of the original puppy. 
There are certain disorders that may be caused by environmental factors for example:  allergies, thyroid dysfunction, Demodectic Mange, Parasites, Hip Dysplaisa and other autoimmune disorders that are not covered by this guarantee.  Please do your research before purchasing a puppy.
Please do not take the puppy into public places unless absolutely necessary, until the puppy has had all its vaccinations (as recommended by your veterinarian) to insure immunity against disease.

Take great care to protect your puppy from getting lost, stolen, or from danger or abuse.  There is NO guarantee against negligence.
